We loved the comfortable beds and the clean rooms at Courtyard! The shampoo products were excellent, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the in-house diner still open for a late dinner. The renovated furniture gave a fresh and functional look to the room, and the bathroom layout with a 1/2 wall for the toilet was especially helpful when traveling with kids.

The only improvement I would suggest is that the room felt a bit dark, even with all the lights on. However, apart from that, everything else about our stay was excellent.

We had a great stay at Courtyard! The conference room for our business seminar was clean and comfortable, with excellent climate control. The staff was very helpful, and we enjoyed the delicious turkey sandwich lunch provided. a fantastic experience! I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay here! The room was so clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shampoo products provided were excellent. I also loved that the hotel had an in-house diner that was open late, so I didn't have to leave for dinner. The location was perfect, with a Target and some restaurants nearby. Plus, it was close to lots of attractions like Hershey Park. it was a fantastic option for a quick stay in the area.

The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as the bathroom floor was dirty and the pillows/pillow cases had a strong smell. Additionally, the noise from kids running on the floors above was bothersome, especially early in the morning.

The easy on/off access from the highway and main route to Hershey ensures a hassle-free journey. The clean and well-maintained rooms are comfortable for families, with the bonus of a decent-sized balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The Bistro offers great service and delicious food and drinks, making dining a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a steakhouse across the street provides an alternative dining option.

One drawback is that the door adjoining the rooms is not well-insulated, leading to some disturbance from neighboring guests.

The only downside was the lack of a microwave in the room. It would have been convenient for reheating coffee.

The pool and whirlpool facilities were a major disappointment. Despite checking the hours beforehand, the staff closed it early, leaving us unable to relax and enjoy the amenities we had traveled for.
