We were pleasantly surprised with this venue. It was so conveniently located by everything, making it easy to run errands and find great food options. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The room was equipped with everything we needed, including a mini-fridge and microwave, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal for us as it was easy to get to from DFW airport and conveniently close to other stores and many restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The parking was convenient, and we were able to find a spot close to our room. The breakfast provided was free and had a wide variety of choices, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the front desk during our check-out.

I stayed at this hotel twice, on the way out and again coming back home. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient with a car, just a short drive to downtown. There are also several dining options within walking distance, including Burger King, Whataburger, McDonald's, and Panda Express. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, and the pool and spa stay open 24/7, which is a rare find. a great experience and we will definitely return in the future.

This hotel was amazing! this hotel was great value for money. The location was so conveniently located by everything in a great area. Secondly, the staff were so helpful and friendly, and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms had an updated feel and were equipped with basic amenities, such as a comfy couch, a bathtub, and 2 queen beds. The breakfast included a frozen omelette and was served.

One of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

De locatie was fantastisch, dicht bij het centrum en hield rekening met de Jaarbeurs. We waren blij met de goede geluidsisolatie, ondanks dat het hotel pal naast het centraal station lag. Natuurlijk waren we onder de indruk van de ruime en schone kamers. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad!

Jammer genoeg kon de televisie niet aan onze devices gekoppeld worden. Verder was alles perfect!
