The room was very comfortable and clean, with a luxurious feeling when you walk in. The bed was excellent and we slept very well. The hotel staff, especially the lady who checked us in, were pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff were nice and made sure we had enough towels and washcloths.

Additionally, the staff was very kid-friendly and accommodating. it was a lovely experience.
