The location was superb for exploring local attractions like the pottery and shoe museums. Breakfast was ample with a good selection and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help.

However, I noticed the water pressure was quite low in the shower and there were some inconsistencies with housekeeping that could be improved.

However, the place has its quirks. We had issues with broken entryway lights and a thermostat that couldn’t heat the room past 66 degrees, leaving us shivering at night. The breakfast left something to be desired, with a noisy atmosphere and limited options. Parking was a real headache, especially with snow piling up and the adjacent restaurant crowding the lot. Plus, the pool temp was cooler than expected, not ideal for a dip after a long drive.

The King Suite was spacious and had a full kitchen that made our stay comfortable and convenient. We loved unwinding in the hot tub and taking a dip in the sparkling indoor pool after a long day.
