We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The walk-in shower was a nice touch. We also appreciated the tasteful decor. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the entire place smelled nice. The location was very convenient, being close to the airport and within walking distance of a large mall, restaurants, and gas stations. The staff was friendly and greeted us warmly throughout our stay.

This made it incredibly convenient for us to get to and from the venue. the location of the hotel was great, whether you're flying in or attending a local event.

the location was perfect for my needs as it was close to the event I had to attend. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 2 miles away from the Jax airport, making it easy to get to.

Liked the fact that my husband had notified the hotel in advance of our late arrival, but they still failed to have someone at the front desk. Also, appreciated the efforts of the Hertz car rental service, who were waiting for us and provided excellent service. the poor service at the hotel only emphasized the great service we received from Hertz.

Arrived at the hotel to find locked doors and no one at the front desk at 3:00am. Had to ring a doorbell multiple times and wait 20-30 minutes for someone to finally show up.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Jacksonville for two nights. The room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it a comfortable stay.
