Staying at this hotel was a delight; the location was close to everything, just a short walk to the waterfront and downtown. the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a clean and comfortable room with a lovely ocean view. the staff, including the owner, were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. the free continental breakfast was a nice bonus, and we even got insider tips from a local on things to do in the area.

All was perfect.

For a relaxing getaway aimed at exploring the area, my stay at Harborview was perfect. A charming room overlooking the ocean, delightful gardens, and a welcoming host, John, made my visit memorable. the cozy ambiance, top-notch breakfast, and convenient location near downtown added to the experience. I cannot wait to return and enjoy this historic gem once more. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the ocean, and it was easy to walk from the hotel to explore the area. The location is perfect for tourists who want to see the harbor and enjoy the landscape. The flower beds and the fountain added a charming touch to the area that visitors could appreciate.

The room lacked the basic amenities and the service wasn't exceptional so it wasn't the best stay for the budget-conscious traveler.

This hotel was a great value for the money! The attention to detail was evident in the cozy decor and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I loved the rooms with the fireplace and the stunning views of the harbor.

None of the negative aspects mentioned in the reviews affected my stay at this hotel.

Lovely host, John, offered such helpful recommendations to make our stay unforgettable. Delicious breakfast and breathtaking views of the harbor from the cozy main room. Our comfortable bed made it hard to leave the room, even though the location is just a stone's throw from restaurants and attractions. we highly recommend it.

We enjoyed a warm and cozy stay during our Christmas vacation. the complementary breakfast was a perfect start to the day, and the added bonus of a roaring fire made for a delightful morning. the location was great for early morning walks along the beautiful Boulevard. the Christmas decorations added a great touch of holiday cheer!
