I loved the hotel's central location, close to a supermarket with great views. the staff was quick to deliver bedding for the pullout couch, making two trips. the gym was impressive, and I appreciated the gated parking and modern facilities. the room had functional lighting and stylish furniture, with a comfortable bed and convenient amenities tucked away neatly.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is conveniently close to downtown and just a short walk away from a grocery store, making it easy to grab any essentials or snacks. The rooms were stylishly decorated with comfortable furniture, thick comforters, and cozy pillows. The facilities were top-notch, with a superb gym that impressed me. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The wifi connection was a bit challenging to log onto, and unfortunately, nobody was available to assist when I called for help.

Courtyard By Marriott Downtown exceeded expectations. the bathroom shower was a highlight, along with the thoughtfully designed lighting in both the bathroom and main room. the noon checkout was a convenient touch, and the housekeeping staff was exceptional.

Bar service was slow; lacked efficiency.

The staff at Courtyard By Marriott Lansing Downtown were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with great nearby attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. I particularly loved the gym, it was super nice and up to date. The bathroom shower was fantastic and the lighting in the rooms was well thought out. The noon checkout was convenient, allowing us to take our time in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The gym was super nice and modern with great equipment. the parking lot was gated and secure, which is always a plus. the location was also great, just a few blocks away from the hospital.

The road was quite loud at night, making it hard to sleep. the soundproofing was poor, as I could hear people walking and talking in the room above mine.
