Great location, close to the University of Delaware. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had a quiet room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and sometimes nonexistent. The charges on my credit card were confusing and there was no manager available to address the issue.

The lobby area was nice, and I found the little market very useful. The staff, especially Michael at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. a very pleasant stay.

One of the best aspects was the availability of a simple thermostat in the room, allowing me to adjust the fan speed and temperature to my preference. The fan was quiet and didn't disrupt my sleep. a quiet and cozy stay for the holiday season.

There were a couple of negative aspects to note. the sink space outside the bathroom was narrow, making it difficult to wash my face comfortably.

Although the wifi was spotty and sometimes non-existent, the front desk tried to assist by connecting me to the conference wifi. However, it didn't work properly above the first floor and they were unable to resolve the issue.

What a beautiful hotel! I wish it had been there back when I attended the University because my parents would have loved it. It is clean and new, with attractive furnishings in UD colors. Every room has a refrigerator and there was plenty of close parking. We walked to the Deer Park for food and drinks with local friends. We'll be back!
