Great location, close to the University of Delaware. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring I had a quiet room. the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable and sometimes nonexistent. the charges on my credit card were confusing and there was no manager available to address the issue.

Clean and new hotel, attractive furnishings, close parking, walking distance to Deer Park, convenient to UD, right on campus.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Newark for my son's summer move-in at UD. The location was perfect, right on campus. The room was clean and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed. The lobby area was nice, and I found the little market very useful. The staff, especially Michael at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. a very pleasant stay.

The bar seemed to have some issues with potentially mislabeling well drinks as genuine labels.

Great stay for Christmas! the hotel had a friendly staff and the check-in process was quick. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized TV. the location was convenient, close to campus, and the hotel felt fairly new. One of the best aspects was the availability of a simple thermostat in the room, allowing me to adjust the fan speed and temperature to my preference. the fan was quiet and didn't disrupt my sleep. a quiet and cozy stay for the holiday season.

There were a couple of negative aspects to note. the sink space outside the bathroom was narrow, making it difficult to wash my face comfortably.

Although the wifi was spotty and sometimes non-existent, the front desk tried to assist by connecting me to the conference wifi. However, it didn't work properly above the first floor and they were unable to resolve the issue.

What a beautiful hotel! I wish it had been there back when I attended the University because my parents would have loved it. It is clean and new, with attractive furnishings in UD colors. Every room has a refrigerator and there was plenty of close parking. We walked to the Deer Park for food and drinks with local friends. We'll be back!
