The location right above Terminal-2 and across the skytrain airport station made it incredibly convenient for us to access. Additionally, the hotel provided free shuttle service every 30 minutes to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, ensuring easy transportation within this city.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the concierge made sure everything was in perfect condition. The free shuttle arrangement to another terminal was a lifesaver. great value for money and time compared to a hotel in the city.

I was impressed with the convenient location of Jakarta Airport Hotel, making it easy to access Terminal 2 and 3 with the Skytrain or by taxi. Despite being an airport hotel, the room was well sound-proofed from the noise of planes. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is superb for travelers who need to catch an early flight. As it is inside the airport terminal 2, it saves valuable time and is directly across the skytrain station. The staff is committed and helpful and the rooms are comfortable and clean, with a nice view over the airport. The breakfast provided is a great touch.

Had a layover in Jakarta and decided to stay near the airport. the option I went with had two complementary services which made the stay so much better: a shuttle to and from the airport and breakfast. the location was also perfect, being only a short distance away from the airport made the travel easy. the staffs were really friendly as well and made the stay that much more enjoyable.

There were some downsides to the stay. the room did not have a window, so it was a bit stuffy and not as bright as I would have liked.
