I loved the balcony view and the amazing customer service I received during my stay. The food preparation and presentation at the bar were phenomenal. The location of the hotel was perfect for our road trip, as it was right off the freeway. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the property was nice and clean. I also appreciated the terraces with seating in the rooms and the toiletries provided in the shower.

The location of this hotel was excellent as it allowed us to easily access all the places we needed to go within a short distance. Additionally, having a Starbucks right inside the hotel was a huge plus for us. The employees were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. The free cookies and flavored water were a nice touch, especially for the kids. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel overall.

We found a hidden gem of a hotel that is perfectly located with easy access to a tasty Cuban restaurant, other restaurants, and shopping. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and modern bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful during breakfast or any other requests.

The parking is very cramped and hard to navigate, especially during peak hours.

I really liked this place! The hotel is located in a very safe business area with shops and commercial services nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable – the housekeeping did a really good job. There was a terrace outside with lovely garden furniture, and the outdoor swimming pool was heated with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The staff provided a welcome drink and there was a snack bar with packed lunches available. The hotel also had a fitness centre, laundry and even a pool with a view!

The staff at this hotel were friendly and efficient, quickly checking us in and ensuring we felt welcome. The rooms with two queen beds were comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space for my family. I especially appreciated the bathtub in our room, as it made for a relaxing soak after a long day of travel. Additionally, the included breakfast offered a great start to our day, with a variety of options to choose from.

Had a great time exploring the city, and the hotel had some good features. the staff was generally helpful and friendly. They offered free coffee and tea in the lobby in the mornings, and the location was pretty convenient. We were close to some good restaurants and shops, and it was easy to catch an Uber to other parts of town.

There were quite a few downsides. the room was really outdated and could use some renovations.

This hotel is definitely worth it! The beds were comfortable and the rooms always clean. The staff were sweet and understanding, ready to help me when I needed it. I loved the view from the balcony and the lovely park nearby. The pool was just perfect for me, with the temperature just right.
