I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were still a few rooms available at this hotel, as I have read that "Semana Santa" is the busiest time of year in this city. The hotel's modern art displays next to the reception desk were a unique touch. The swimming pool was a great facility to relax in the afternoon after a day of sightseeing. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating.

I stayed for 2 nights with friends. The breakfast buffet was great, especially the delicious omelettes. The hotel grounds were beautiful and perfect for exploring. Our room had a balcony and a cozy fireplace, which we enjoyed on a rainy evening.

The communication from the reception staff left much to be desired. There was a miscommunication about the deposit that needed to be placed, and when we checked out, we were told that it wouldn't be returned as promised.

The spa at the hotel was incredible! the outdoor setting was so relaxing, with a beautiful pool and a huge hot tub. the service was excellent, and the facilities were spacious and well, maintained. the restaurant and bar were also great, offering delicious food and drinks. It was definitely a world, class experience that I would highly recommend. Make sure to make a reservation to fully enjoy this amazing spa!

One downside was that there were not enough attendants in the area. Most of the staff were massage therapists, so it was difficult to find someone to address any noise, related issues.

We didn't have to go far to find everything we needed.

The room I stayed in was near a noisy street, which was quite bothersome. However, the windows did a good job of reducing the noise.
