The staff was phenomenal and the public areas were well kept. King Jacuzzi rooms had plenty of room and the patio was a nice place to relax at night. I felt very cared for, no complaints.

I had a great overnight stay at a hotel conveniently located near the highway, shops, and restaurants. The lobby looked brand new and high-end, and the front desk staff was helpful with directions and dinner recommendations. The room was comfy and clean.

The breakfast at the Starbucks stand in the lobby was overpriced and not of great quality. There was a leak in the shower, and the internet for the TV was lagging.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the local mall is nearby as well. Falls Park is also close by, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the beds in the rooms are very comfortable.

This made it easy for us to explore the area and find places to eat. Additionally, the staff at this hotel made our stay truly enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional customer service throughout our stay, we felt well taken care of. The basic amenities provided were also top-notch, with comfortable beds and a bathtub in the rooms. Lastly, having breakfast included was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to start our day off right without having to worry about finding a place to eat.

The front desk staff greeted us warmly and quickly handed us our keys. Our room had a stunning view of the courtyard, and the layout of the bedrooms and bathroom was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel was impressively quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. We also loved the bistro in the lobby, where the food was delicious and made to order. The staff provided excellent customer service, making us feel truly valued during our stay. Despite the limited parking availability, we were fortunate enough to find a spot. this was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in, and we can't wait to return. Kudos to the hotel for exceeding our expectations.
