The hotel's location worked well for us as it was away from the congestion of the downtown area but still easy to get to the sand dunes and Platte River. It couldn't have been more perfect, being out of the vacation/tourist hub of the waterfront traffic. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the cafe were very friendly, and the Starbucks coffee and croissant for breakfast were consistent with Starbucks quality.

All was satisfactory, no major issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Traverse City! the location was perfect - quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the waterfront traffic, yet still close enough to easily access all the attractions in the area. The rooms were beautiful, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially the people working at the cafe where I enjoyed Starbucks coffee and a delicious croissant every morning.

One small issue was that the elevator was out of order during my stay, but being on the third floor was not a problem for me. Other than that, everything was great!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Traverse City and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure to provide all the necessary information during check-in. I especially loved the fact that the hotel was located conveniently near the airport and the Interlochen Center for the Arts.

Stayed here recently for 5 days, dropping off my daughter at art camp. The hotel is in a great location and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is well-maintained and the pool room has towels and a bathroom for convenience. The Bistro offers delicious breakfast and dinner options, and there are even snacks and drinks available in the lobby all night. The outside patio is a nice addition and adds to the overall pleasant experience. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the spacious and comfortable rooms. the beds were cozy and provided a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was also a plus, as it was conveniently located near various restaurants and amenities. Additionally, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the bathroom in my room had some plumbing issues, which caused inconvenience for the entire stay.
