I had a lovely time enjoying great food at the on-site cafe and a spacious, comfy room during my stay. though, the internet was a bit iffy. I’d definitely come back!

The Bistro's grilled cheese and tomato soup were an unexpected delight that far exceeded my expectations!

The heating unit in our room tended to be noisy, which disrupted our sleep occasionally.

Indoor pool was great and had a relaxing jacuzzi, but wifi was unreliable.

beds were super comfy, but the pool temps were a bit cool during swim time.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, which made my stay relaxing as I enjoyed the high-quality coffee options from the Bistro and took advantage of the indoor swimming pool available for guest use.

Can’t fault anything about it.

The location is perfect for families, offering easy access to both the beautiful sand dunes and the scenic Platte River while being a peaceful retreat away from the busy downtown. We especially loved the inviting pool area that was perfect for our kids to enjoy while we relaxed nearby.

While the facilities were generally great, we did experience occasional cleanliness issues in the bathroom.

The attentive staff truly enhanced our experience, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring we felt cared for throughout our stay.

The staff was cheerful and welcoming even late at night, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a lovely touch!

Our room was really spacious, and the comfy bed made it hard to get up in the morning! The balcony was a nice touch, especially for fresh air. On the flip side, the wifi was pretty spotty, so that was a bummer. The bathroom could've used a bit more attention. I noticed some cleanliness issues that weren't up to par. But the staff were great, super helpful when we had any questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite a few hiccups.

We loved our stay with our grandchild! The hotel’s front desk staff was super friendly and even suggested fun outdoor activities like snow tubing nearby, which the little one simply adored. Plus, the indoor pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

My wife says that the bathroom could use some better upkeep.
