Quick and easy check, in with the option to hold a card until my husband arrived. the room and bed were very clean and comfortable. the hotel had a clean pool and free shuttle service. I also appreciated the availability of Starbucks coffee. the hotel and its surroundings were well, maintained.

There were some issues with the check, in process and confusion regarding prepayment and authorization of cards. Additionally, there were cleanliness issues with used tissues and a condom wrapper left under the bed.

Rooms are spacious with patios or balconies, and comfortable free premium bath products. Pool is stunning and well-maintained, while the courtyard offers peaceful views. Free breakfast is included in case of noise or minor maintenance issues. Great value for the cost.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout the property. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, and the basic amenities provided everything we needed. The rooms, although older, were well-maintained and clean. The location of the hotel was great, easy to access from the airport, and perfect for our needs.

During my recent stay at Courtyard, I had a pleasant surprise. The events specialist, Brigitte, went above and beyond to make my wedding day unforgettable. She was responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The hotel itself was clean and had a lovely lobby for our after party. The suite and connecting room were perfect for getting ready. The added bonus of shuttle services and the beautiful courtyard for photos made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for wedding events.

Despite the positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The internet didn't work, several outlets were faulty, and the hairdryer wasn't replaced despite my request.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, and I loved that they had a bistro where I could order excellent food. The staff, especially Toni at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist me. The hotel's location was perfect as it was near everything I wanted to do in the Chicago area.
