Convenient location near shopping mall and subway.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the station, making travel effortless. The facilities were great with multiple dining options nearby, and the convenience store next to the hotel was perfect for late-night snacks.

The carpets in the hallways could use a refresh and were a bit worn.

The bathroom was cramped and ventilation needs improvement!!! The reception on the upper floor can confuse tired guests!!! Pillows were hard and not to my liking!!! The decor felt outdated and needs a refresh too!!!

This place is right near the train station, super handy for gettin' about, and the bed? Oh mate, plumb comfortable, like a warm hug! But the bathroom was a wee bit tight for me big fella. Still, good vibes all around!

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which easily accommodated my luggage. The convenience of having multiple dining options just a floor below and a convenience store next door was a game-changer, especially for midnight snacks.

However, the air conditioning left something to be desired as I found it a bit too warm, and I couldn’t adjust it myself. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, especially for vegetarians like me. I wish there were more variety to choose from.

Chur! The location's sweet as with quick access to the Yamanote line. But the breakfast was a bit ordinary and could use more choices. Still, staff were heaps helpful!

Rooms are very tired looking—my bedside cabinet was scratched and the air conditioning was unadjustable!!! The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the lack of proper ventilation was disappointing!!!

new otani inn is super close to the haneda international terminal, making travel a breeze. the premium semi-double room was cozy and clean. also, the staff were really helpful during my stay, which made a difference.

Had an awesome stay with comfy beds and a clean bathroom that kept us fresh! I totally enjoyed the back massage and head massage at the spa. Only downside was the air conditioning could've been cooler, but it didn't ruin my vibe. 😊 Sip on a nice cuppa from the café while you relax!

Wi-Fi was good, and luggage storage helped us a lot. Breakfast had long queues.

Overall, it's suitable for a short stay but may not be ideal for larger groups or extended visits.
