The hotel was clean and updated, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities, like continuous hot coffee and breakfast, were good. The location was convenient, with plenty of delicious breakfast restaurants nearby.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was delighted by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was also advantageous, being conveniently situated near restaurants, shopping, and major highways. This made it easy for me to explore the area and access other parts of the city. Plus, the parking was free and readily available, which was a great perk.

While my overall experience at this hotel was positive, there were a couple of minor downsides. Firstly, the decor in the rooms was a bit dated, but fortunately, it was still in good condition and clean.

Located in a bustling area, there are many options for dining within a short distance of the hotel, allowing guests to easily find delicious meals. The nearby Woodfield Mall is also a great attraction for shoppers, providing ample opportunities for retail therapy.

The continental breakfast provided by the hotel left something to be desired, but thankfully there are plenty of tasty breakfast restaurants in the area to satisfy your morning cravings.

The room was clean and the atmosphere peaceful. I loved the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub. The hotel had great amenities such as free parking and Wi-Fi with no hidden fees. It was in a fantastic location, close to a Beerhead pub and a Med restaurant in the nearby shopping mall. There were also plenty of other restaurant choices in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive to all our needs. The manager even went out of his way to ask if there was anything else he could do for us. The customer service was top-notch.

Convenient location: the hotel is located near the ORD airport, which made it easy for us to drop off our mother for her trip back to India. It was only a 30, minute drive, which saved us a lot of time. Clean and well, equipped room: the room had all the essential amenities we needed, including a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and ironing facilities. It was also very clean and well, maintained, which made our stay comfortable. Nearby amenities: There were many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which was convenient for us when we wanted to grab a meal. Additionally, there was ample free parking space available.

Room condition: the hotel rooms appeared tired and the carpeting was stained, giving it a somewhat shabby feel. the leaky windows were also a disappointment, as it was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.

The bed was slanted downwards towards the headboard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. the room arrangement and furniture were not to my liking.

I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard! The hotel's location near freeways and Woodfield Shopping was so convenient for me. I loved that the guest room, meeting spaces, and bistro restaurant were all in one place. It made everything so easy for my busy schedule. The housekeeping was top-notch, with the lobby always being tidied up. The Sales/Meeting team, Amanda and Sacha, were proactive in ensuring my meetings went smoothly. The Food and Beverage team, David, Joel, and Liza, took great care of us with breakfast, hot coffee. The Front Desk team, Jessica, Jackie, Rebecca, Jeff, Venus. The engineering team, Phil and Zach, were always on top of things and even assisted a guest with an AC issue. I highly recommend this hotel for meetings - the people here truly go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located with many dining options available within a short walking distance- a big plus. the rooms were clean and nicely maintained despite their slightly dated look. What made the stay more enjoyable was the option of complementary coffee and sandwiches in the morning.

I had an issue with my reservation where I was charged for an extra night even when I had canceled within the given timeframe. the staff failed to acknowledge my request and couldn't find the reservation under my name.

Our recent stay at Courtyard in Schaumburg was fantastic! The location of the hotel was perfect for our activities in the area. The lobby area was spacious and provided a great place to hang out. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. We also enjoyed the courtyard for some fresh air. The breakfast choices were delicious, and the fact that our soccer team received a free breakfast was a great bonus. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated being able to open the window for fresh air. Check-out time was noon, which gave us plenty of time to get ready and pack. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
