Staying at Eagle Cap Chalets was like finding the last cookie in the jar! Our stay in cabin #5 was a dream come true. There was a gas fireplace, a large soaking tub that made me feel like royalty, and even some treats for our dogs. Plus, the staff greeted us with a cranium-sized cinnamon roll at check-in! It's those little touches that really sweeten the deal.

The newly remodeled room was spacious, with a cozy atmosphere for morning coffee with a view. The proximity to Wallowa Lake and the delightful ice cream shack added to our enjoyable stay.

I faced a lot of disappointment during my stay. At check-in, I was informed about cinnamon rolls for breakfast, but they never showed up, leaving limited options available. Additionally, the lack of nearby dinner choices was frustrating and made planning our evenings difficult.

I felt like I was playing a game of Tetris with oversized vehicles. also, I found a dirty wet washcloth in the corner, which was absolutely revolting. i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, treating me like an average guest was the norm. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

Just a nice choice for a holiday in Joseph and great for the money. The ice cream shack on site was a sweet surprise after a long day. Make sure to enjoy the outdoor space in the evenings!

The stay featured a delightful selection of quick breakfast items, perfect for starting the day. The mini golf course offered a fun way to spend the afternoon, and the clean, well-maintained rooms provided a cozy atmosphere. However, the parking situation was a bit tight, which forced some guests to park further away. Additionally, the TV reception left something to be desired, and the outdated chairs in the room could use an upgrade for comfort. Overall, it was a comfortable experience in a fantastic location.

I had a family trip recently, enjoying the pleasant lakeside atmosphere. The ice cream shack was a nice touch and the staff at the coffee bar were helpful. Our room was outdated, but the warm evenings allowed us to enjoy mini golf and stroll by the lake. I appreciated the layout with a spacious outdoor porch for evenings. Although there was no air conditioning, fans helped make the stay comfortable.
