The front desk staff at Courtyard was incredibly helpful and attentive. We had an issue with the heat in our room, but they quickly fixed it and made sure we were comfortable. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and easy access to the highway. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the noise from a nearby train line. However, this was not a major issue and did not affect my overall experience.

The hotel room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It made for a great night's sleep. I also enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff, who were always ready to help with any requests. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to a cute little village with plenty of shops and restaurants. Additionally, the shuttle service provided easy access to nearby attractions, making it a breeze to explore the area.

There were a few negative aspects during my stay. The breakfast package was a bit misleading, as the website didn't clearly state that it was a preset list of items.

The pool and hot tub were a hit for my son and husband, and I loved relaxing in the lobby with a cocktail from the downstairs bar. The staff who served us breakfast were also amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

The hotel facilities were modern and impressive, and my room was clean and spacious. I had a great view of the river, bridge, and ferris wheel from my room. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was not far from the interstate. Parking was hassle-free and free of charge.

Although everything could use a good deep clean, the hotel is conveniently located close to everything and offers spacious rooms. Additionally, some rooms have an impressive river view and the hotel has a large lobby area.

My family and I recently stayed at Courtyard in Covington for a week-long vacation. The neighborhood was fascinating with excellent dining options and a pleasant walking area. The furnishings in the hotel were top-notch and provided great comfort. The King Suite was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax with our kids. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool, as well as the diverse food choices at the café downstairs. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, while the genuine and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The lobby, with its inviting see-through fireplace, added to the cozy atmosphere.

I would recommend this hotel.
