The hotel's location is unbeatable, perfectly situated near Case Western University and local attractions. Staff members were welcoming, and the fitness center was impressively clean. The only letdown was the breakfast, which felt a bit limited and unusual in setup. Valet service was efficient, but plan for delays during peak times.

during my honeymoon, my stay here exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit to cleveland. the room was clean, spacious, and had modern amenities like excellent water flow in the showers. i especially appreciated the large exercise room and the friendly assistance from the staff throughout our stay.

The hotel staff were friendly! despite a little mix-up at check-in with my reservation for two rooms because family came on different dates. Also, the shuttle service to nearby attractions was great, made it easy to get around.

It wasn’t cheap, but the overall experience was still acceptable.

Only valet parking available at $20 per night, slow valet service taking 10-20 minutes, no fridge in room until the next day, disappointingly small pool with limited capacity!!! Fix these issues for a better experience!!!

It was just a commendable fit for a brief retreat in Cleveland with decent value for money. The area around the hotel is excellent, with most things within walking distance. Make sure to verify your parking options before arriving, as valet is the only choice.

Despite the comfortable room, I faced issues with the water temperature and pressure, which caused stress during my stay. The staff's response was lacking, but the room itself was clean and well-appointed.

Room was spacious and super comfy, perfect for lounging after a long day. Shower was a real treat, nice hot water to relax! Location is ideal, just around the corner from the clinic, making visits easier.

Now about breakfast—it felt like a mystery box! Not sure if I was ordering at a diner or a café. a tad confusing, really.

Had a sweet stay! The location was choice, heaps close to Little Italy's restaurants. A bit bummed about the slow breakfast service though, that could be better.

The room was spacious and super comfy, really nice bathroom and shower too. The beds were perfect for a good night's sleep. Cleaning was on point. The only hiccup was the breakfast setup. kinda weird vibe and decent food but not a ton of options. Still, it was nice overall!

Spacious room with flat-screen TV. Housekeeping missed extras, and coffee shop setup was odd.

Great location and comfy stay!

The room was super spacious and the shower was awesome! Staff was friendly and helped us out when we got stuck without enough towels. The on-site bar area was nice for unwinding after a long day, but breakfast was a bit slow to come out during peak times. Just plan ahead for valet parking, it can take a few mins.
