The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our romantic escape even more special. the location was perfect, with many dining and entertainment options within walking distance. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

The noise from the street was quite disturbing during our stay, particularly due to the buses and work crews nearby. It would have been better if we had been assigned a room further away from the road.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for accessing Nationwide arena and several great restaurants. It was also close to the ShawdowBox Live Theater and the "Shoe" football stadium, which were just a short drive away. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for our quick overnight stay for a 5k race.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The location was central and informative. The valet staff, especially Keith, was amazing. The linens in the suite were clean and fresh, and the double curtains blocked out all light. The bathroom was modern and everything looked really nice. The TV issue was resolved by the maintenance man immediately.

The breakfast was great and the employees were very helpful. the hotel was located in the center of the city, which made it easy to get around. Another positive aspect was the availability of a printing facility.

Unfortunately my room was next to the pool, and the noise from swimmers bothered me. the waiting time for the shuttle to the airport was longer than stated.
