Valet staff were amazing, especially Keith! The suite was spacious with a kitchenette, which was helpful for one of my friends needing office space. The bistro had reasonable pricing for meals and the lobby always had hot chocolate available, which I appreciated during January. Check-in was quick and pleasant. I will definitely stay here again for future events at the nearby convention center!

During my visit for a hockey game, I appreciated the hotel's great location, just a short walk to the arena. The valet parking was convenient, though I wish they had more affordable options. The hotel was relatively quiet during my stay, which was perfect for relaxing between events. However, I did notice that breakfast options were limited and could use some improvement.

I stayed in a King Room for five nights at Courtyard Columbus Downtown. The staff provided excellent service, allowing early check-in, and the room was clean and spacious. However, the nearby traffic noise was noticeable, and valet parking felt a bit pricey. Great for a short visit given the location near local attractions.

The pool was fun for my kids, and we loved the bistro's tasty flatbreads. It's located in a neat old building, full of character, making our family stay really special.

My wife says that the noise from the nearby picnic area kept us up.

My King Room was super clean and so comfy! The bed felt like a cloud, and the room had a nice, chill vibe. The remote was even clean and bagged—who does that? The bathroom was spotless. Only downside was the AC was a bit loud, but it did the job! Really enjoyed my stay.
