I recently stayed at Courtyard and had a wonderful experience. As a senior traveling alone, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even bringing me a bottle of water to my room. Both Ameer and Kelly helped me with my luggage and refused to accept a tip. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a sliding door leading to a courtyard with a fire pit. The pool area was clean and the staff was very helpful. The included breakfast was also delicious. The bathroom was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the TV worked great. The hotel's location was convenient, with stores and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again!

They went out of their way to assist me and made sure I felt comfortable. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Additionally, the complimentary amenities, such as water and soap, were a nice touch and added value to my stay.

There were a few drawbacks during my visit. the mattress in the room was quite firm, which didn't suit my personal preference for a softer bed.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby like the Acapulco Mexican restaurant and close to everything in today's modern market. The well-maintained saltwater pool is a great surprise.

The front desk staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. They empathized with my previous negative experience at another hotel and made me feel understood. I truly appreciated their gesture. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Courtyard. The room/suite was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I also loved sitting on the balcony in the evening, it was a nice touch. The location felt safe and secure, which is always a priority for me when traveling. The hotel itself is well-maintained and the amenities provided were satisfactory.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as an inadequate bistro dinner service with small portions, and the courtyard being unappealing due to litter and smoking, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Courtyard.
