The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room had plenty of pillows and a blanket for the pull-out sofa bed. The towels were soft and oversized. The television was a good size with lots of cable channels. The balcony window provided the perfect amount of light during the day and could be closed for a dark and peaceful sleep. The hotel staff held onto a forgotten item for us, even after a few days.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was conveniently situated between LA and San Diego, making it easy for us to explore both cities. We especially loved how close it was to the beautiful beaches of Huntington and Newport, only a short car ride away. Another great aspect of our stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were spotless and well, maintained, and the pool area looked inviting, although we didn't have a chance to use it. the WiFi connection was also excellent, which was a bonus for us.

One small issue we encountered during our stay was finding ants in our room on one of the days. It was a bit unexpected and slightly inconvenient, but the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and took care of it.

This hotel is definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for value for money in a great location. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are clean and comfy with all basic amenities, and the breakfast is included in the price. The location of this hotel is great if you are heading to a concert at the Observatory or shopping at Outlets at Orange, and it is also fairly close to Newport Beach. The room was comfortable and clean with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The staff was friendly and professional, and the service exceeded expectations. The bistro food was a highlight and worth trying.

The hotel charges for parking, and it may seem unnecessary to pay extra for security.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was enormous and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and an extra set of sheets in the closet. The towels were soft and huge. The television was a nice size and there were plenty of cable channels. The huge balcony window was a nice touch, allowing just enough light in to soothe me to sleep. The hotel staff also held something I forgot in the room for me, even after a couple of days!

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally nice and welcoming. From the front desk to the Bistro employees, everyone made me feel valued as a guest. The food at the Bistro was surprisingly good, especially for dinner. The hotel's location near an upscale mall and major freeways was convenient. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a fridge and coffee machine. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel overall.
