The staff were excellent, the breakfast was comprehensive, and the room shower was very nice. The hotel is in a central and peaceful location, with comfortable rooms and good parking.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, as it was right in the centre of the old town. We were able to explore the historic attractions easily, such as Bon Jesus, and it was a great stopover for us with children. The staff were really helpful and the room was a good size. The pool facilities, both indoor and outdoor, were a nice addition.

The room was quite dark and it was difficult to read even with all the lights on.

The towels were hard to come by at the pool, and the service at the pool bar was really slow. the Wi-Fi in the rooms was very spotty and patchy, got worse at night when more people were in their rooms using the internet.
