The hotel is located in a fantastic area of downtown, surrounded by exciting activities and attractions to explore. The staff here truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. They pay great attention to detail and ensure that every aspect of your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are well-maintained and come with funky couches and comfortable beds, offering a great view of the surroundings. the hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and basic amenities.

The hotel location was great for the Van Adel arena event, and the walk along the river with all bars and restaurants was very enjoyable. The room was modern and offered a beautiful view of downtown. Additionally, the lobby bar/restaurant was a perfect place for a drink before the concert.

The room lacked sufficient towels and coffee supplies for the number of guests.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to popular entertainment venues like The BOB and 20 Monroe Live. It was perfect for attending concerts or going out for a night of fun. The staff at this hotel were excellent, providing great service and making us feel welcomed. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated the attention to detail with the beautiful decor and the inclusion of an Art Prize color photo book to enjoy. Additionally, having a coffee maker in the room with great coffee and the option to enjoy Starbucks on the premises was a definite plus.

The only downside was that the noise from the nearby entertainment place with live music could be heard in our room until late at night.

I stayed at Courtyard for a concert at Van Andel Arena. The front desk lady told me about the sky walk from the hotel to the venue, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is convenient and there are restaurants nearby. Unlike other SPG chain hotels, the in-room wifi is free. The hotel is close to the breweries, just a short drive away. The front desk staff were friendly and the downtown location was perfect for our needs. Extended parking privileges and filtered water were appreciated. The room had plenty of counter space and outlets for charging electronics.

Conveniently located in downtown, close to many attractions. The hotel had a well-stocked bistro and a Starbucks on the ground floor. The staff, especially the wait staff at the restaurant and bar, were delightful and provided great service.

The area could get busy and loud at night, which might be disruptive for some guests. The parking fee of $24 per night, and the possibility of not finding parking in the hotel's associated garages can be inconvenient and costly.

The housekeepers did an amazing job each day, keeping the room clean and tidy.

my experience at this hotel was a mix of likes and dislikes. In terms of the positive aspects, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the property. It was situated in the center of downtown, making it easy to find restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating, making me feel safe and welcome during my stay.

On the flip side, there were a few things that I disliked about the hotel. One major issue was the noise disturbance from the early morning dumpster trucks.

Great location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Excellent food in the hotel restaurant, especially the meatballs and brussel sprouts. Convenient parking garage for events. Nice amenities like linking Netflix and Pandora to the TV.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to everything we wanted to do in this city. We didn't even need a car because everything was within walking distance. Not to mention, it was also near the other three major hotels downtown. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The bistro breakfast was surprisingly quick, even when it was packed. The staff at the bar were excellent and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

This hotel is definitely in a great location, right in the heart of downtown, with lots of amazing restaurants and sights within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with funky couches and comfortable sofa beds in the rooms, although the bathrooms could have been a bit larger.

Although the hotel was mostly great, there was one minor issue we encountered - the walls were a bit thin, and we could sometimes hear our neighbours.
