what a shame, the continental breakfast was almost laughable, missing juice! the advertised night restaurant? nonexistent. my room was decent, but the small TV? really? i expected at least an upgrade for my trouble. overall, i almost gave this place a good review, but i just couldn't with such glaring issues. disappointment city, really.

my recent stay was wonderful. the layout was spacious and the food options were amazing, especially during the wedding we attended. the breakfast with made-to-order options was a highlight, and the outdoor seating ambiance was lovely.

The hotel is conveniently located close to UMass and Amherst College, making it ideal for visitors. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent water pressure in the shower, while the friendly staff promptly provided extra towels when requested.

The small TV was another letdown, but overall, the attentive staff and good amenities made for an enjoyable visit.

Staying there with my family and little baby was delightful. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, especially after their tournament, and the food options were fantastic, with a nice breakfast bar that had omelets made to order!

My wife says that a family-friendly play area would be great.

Not bad, but missed the mark

I stayed for 2 nights, and while the room was comfy and clean, the service felt off. Tried to get help finding my lost ring, but nothing came of it. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown too, no juice! Liked the restaurant for dinner though – that was a nice surprise!

The room was comfy and the shower had great water pressure, which felt nice after a long day. I loved hanging out by the fire pit and enjoying some quiet moments in the courtyard. Just a heads up, the TV could’ve been a bit bigger, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 🔥

the staff was incredibly kind and attentive (thanks for the warmth! ). we enjoyed the omelets and fresh options for breakfast, everything tasted wonderful. the location was ideal for our wedding events, only a short drive from the charming downtown area.
