As avid bike riders, we loved the convenience of the beautiful lobby and the clean facility. The staff were down to earth and fulfilled our special request, making our visit super special. The giant king sized bed and love seat in our room were a treat, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions within 20 minutes. The staff at the front desk and their thoughtful manager deserve extra kudos.

The wedding venue at the hotel was excellent, with a magical day created by the amazing team. the food was delicious and cooked to perfection, with the chef even accommodating special requests. the location was beautiful and spacious, with plenty of seating in the contemporary lobby and outside. the rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the temperature control was perfect. the breakfast was delicious, with freshly made omelettes and waffles, along with Starbucks coffee.

It would have been nice if there was a fuller restaurant on-site and if breakfast was available for a longer period in the morning. It was disappointing to have to check-out and find a place for breakfast elsewhere, especially since the hotel was fully booked.

My recent stay at Courtyard was fantastic. The room size was outstanding, and the view from my window overlooking the natural area behind the hotel was breathtaking. The staff was very friendly and always there to help with any needs or concerns. The amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and fitness center were all top-notch. The hotel's modern and clean design made me feel right at home. I had a great experience at Courtyard and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

Our room at Courtyard was absolutely stunning! It was modern, clean, and smelled so fresh as soon as we walked in. The amenities were fantastic - we loved the pool, hot tub, and fitness center. The bistro downstairs had delicious food and drinks, and the lounge was perfect for relaxing. The outdoor fire pit with beautiful patio furniture was a great spot to unwind. The front desk staff were also super friendly and welcoming. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel's strategic location makes it perfect for events like road races, as it is close to everything such as restaurants in many directions, and schools. The service is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I especially loved the spacious rooms with a sofa and basic amenities, and the fact that breakfast was included in the stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the bistro, which had a nice selection of food options. The location couldn't be better - it's close to everything, from the valley of colleges to various restaurants in different directions.

The hotel is conveniently located in the valley of colleges, making it an ideal choice for visiting UMASS or exploring the Hadley area. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, and parking was available with ease. Additionally, the friendly and attentive staff, particularly Gail at the bistro, provided exceptional service and made me feel truly welcomed.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. We had a wonderful surprise during our anniversary stay, as we were upgraded to a large suite and received a personalized card and cake. the continental breakfast included was satisfactory, and there was plentiful space throughout the hotel. the external grounds were lovely to relax in on a sunny day, and there was complimentary tea and coffee available in the lounge all day.

It was disappointing that the lounge and restaurant were under construction, and we were not informed about it ahead of time. the size of the room may not be adequate for a larger group, as mentioned by another guest in their review.

The staff at Courtyard provided top-notch service throughout my stay. They were courteous, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the room was spacious, spotless, and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed watching the Derby in the well-designed lobby, where the bar/restaurant staff made me feel right at home. Special mention to Jessica and her team for their exceptional attention and follow-up regarding my awards night. this hotel is the place to stay in Amherst.

The King suite at this hotel was very comfortable and had a sofa bed that we didn't even need to use. The view from the window was stunning, overlooking a natural area behind the hotel. The back patio was also quite nice. The location was perfect for visiting Amherst or Northampton. The facility was very clean and the lobby was beautiful. The staff, especially Andrea, were wonderful and provided helpful information about the area.
