The stairs leading up to the elevator were difficult to navigate with heavy luggage. Would have liked more information about the breakfast and other nearby tourist destinations.

I had a fantastic stay at Alessandra! the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Our room had a lovely river view and was comfortable and quiet. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, treating us like family. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a welcome relief during the hot summer month. The location was perfect, just steps away from major attractions. Breakfast was delicious and elegant. The room was quiet and provided a comfortable place to rest between sight-seeing.

As a budget traveler, I loved the central location of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from the famous Ponte Vecchio. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was surprisingly spacious and had charming, old-timey vibes. The buffet breakfast was a delightful treat, with a wide variety of options and personalized coffee service. The cleanliness of the room and the large bathroom were also great. the hotel provided good value for money.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfectly situated between the charming Ponte Vecchio and the beautiful Ponte Santa Trinita. It is conveniently within easy walking distance from the train station, as well as famous attractions like the Uffizi and Accademia Gallery. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided friendly and helpful service. The breakfast offered a delicious start to the day. the hotel's central location and excellent amenities make it a great choice for exploring the city.

One small downside is that there are some stairs to climb before reaching the lobby.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming, family-run hotel in this city, conveniently located right by the river and Ponte Vecchio. The hotel's rooftop provided a glimpse of the beautiful river. We loved how close we were to Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and had easy access to an excellent hike to Piazza Michelangelo. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The value for money was excellent, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better. The staff at Alessandra treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

stayed at hotel alessandra recently and had a great experience! the staff were incredibly helpful and even booked a reservation for me at the uffizi. the location was perfect, close to the river and all the museums. the room was spacious and clean with a lovely high ceiling. i opted for a room with a river view and it was a great choice. also, the breakfast was delicious and very affordable. i couldn't recommend this place enough!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were patient with our limited Italian and spoke excellent English. As vegetarians, we were pleased to find a good choice of vegetarian options for breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great bathroom and shower. The hotel itself is a lovely old historic house with a charming atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the tiny, sunny terrace where we could relax with a glass of wine before dinner.

We felt incredibly welcome at the hotel and had no complaints whatsoever.
