Excellent service from the receptionist Larry, who went above and beyond to assist me and another guest. the renovated hotel looks great and the staff is courteous and attentive. Special mention to the shuttle service from the airport, which was prompt and efficient. the team even checked on my dinner delivery to ensure everything was in order. Great people who genuinely care about their guests.

Minor confusion during check-in, as the staff didn't clarify that my reservation was prepaid and it didn't matter which card I used. This led to some complications with charges, but the situation was eventually resolved.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport in a quiet area of a DC suburb, and I had a very good experience. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for the room. Secondly, the attention to detail impressed me, particularly in the clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony facing the courtyard. Lastly, the staff provided great service, from the pleasant and helpful front desk to the accommodating service at breakfast.

I stayed at Marriott Herndon Parkway Hotel for five nights for a business training. The staff, especially Mr. Scott, were excellent and provided great guidance about the town. The free shuttle service was a convenient way to explore the area, and they even offered to pick me up from different locations at any time. The team at the hotel, from the airport shuttle to check-in, was attentive and genuinely cared about my experience. The location was perfect, close to the airport, and the room was spacious and clean. The modern decor and comfortable beds made my stay even more enjoyable. The walk-in glass shower was a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the indoor pool which was a perfect way to relax during the winter. The location was ideal, with easy access to Washington DC downtown and the airport for my early morning flight. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for transportation to and from the airport. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options in the area, making it convenient for me to find a delicious meal.

The room was spacious and clean, with a balcony facing a peaceful courtyard. the hotel is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and is close to route 286, making it easy to get around. One of the best aspects of our stay was the comfort of the bed, providing a restful night's sleep.

We were disappointed that the thermostat turned off after one night and there was no complimentary water in the lobby. Additionally, the shampoo dispenser in our room did not work initially, although the staff quickly resolved the issue.
