The hotel's location near medical facilities, including Texas Orthopedic Hospital, was ideal for our visit. The shuttle service provided was a wonderful amenity, making it easy for us to get around. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and sensitive to our needs.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The quiet halls made for a peaceful night's sleep after a football game. The easy walking distance to NRG and access to the pool were added bonuses. Having Starbucks on-site was a convenient perk. Parking for only $6 was a great value.

We were in town for a family funeral and the Courtyard hotel was conveniently located near the church and the after-funeral gathering. Despite the elevator being out of order, the staff informed us beforehand and offered alternative options. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. Despite being near the ice machine and vending, I didn't hear any noise. If we attend another game, we'll definitely be returning.

The staff was very helpful, providing us with dinner suggestions and maps. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff.

I stayed at Courtyard for a cheer competition at NRG. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the stadium. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The room was clean and the balcony was a blessing for my husband after his medical treatment. The location was great with stores nearby. We had a minor issue with the toilet, but it was resolved quickly by the front desk. we had a comfortable and convenient stay at Courtyard. I would recommend it.

Conveniently located near NRG activities, the medical center area and Foundren clinic, this hotel’s location is its biggest advantage. With large king beds, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The roll-in shower also makes the room accessible for guests with disabilities.

The shuttle service leaves a lot to be desired. One guest complained that the shuttle was not running frequently enough to suit their needs, while another reported rude and unhelpful service from a staff member.

Spacious Room! the room I stayed in was surprisingly large, offering ample space for me to relax and unwind after a long day of work. It was a pleasant surprise and made my stay more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major advantage. Being close to key locations, such as the medical center and various restaurants and stores, made it convenient for me to get around and access everything I needed.

One of the biggest downsides of my stay was the lack of amenities. I was disappointed to find that there was no microwave in the room, which made it inconvenient for me to heat up any food I brought with me.
