I recently stayed at the Courtyard in downtown Indianapolis for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and we were able to enjoy a late check out time. The highlight of our stay was the amazing view we had of the pre 4th of July fireworks show over the entire city and neighboring cities. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and well worth the value. The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy to access all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff at the front desk were exceptional and knew exactly how to treat their customers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our visit to the Eiteljorg museum and the canal walk. It was also just a few blocks away from the state capital building and offices of the Governor and Lt. Gov. We were impressed by the warm welcome we received and even served coffee. The shower in our room was great. The hotel had clear and readable signage, and we appreciated the convenient Boarding Pass printout station. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, from the receptionists to the breakfast crew. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-appointed, with beautiful views of the city. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to downtown and Indiana University.

I stayed at Courtyard for a conference and the location was perfect. Only a 5-minute walk away from the conference center and close to the mall. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a Courtyard. The hotel had a great upscale feel, with a bistro on-site and a fantastic shower. They even gave us free bistro credit when they found out it was our wedding anniversary. Super nice staff!

My shower door was leaking, but the front desk staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They promptly addressed the issue and even offered to bring extra towels and bath mats. The manager also surprised us with a thoughtful anniversary gift basket. The service at this hotel is top-notch!
