During our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were pleased with the spacious and clean rooms. The comfort level was top-notch, providing us with a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. What truly impressed us was the amazing in-hotel pizza, which we couldn't get enough of. Not to mention, the stunning view of downtown and the water garden from our window added a touch of elegance. The hotel's common areas were not only well-maintained but also felt safe, ensuring a worry-free experience. Additionally, the quietness of the area made for a peaceful night's sleep, with minimal disturbances and noise from sirens. The unique feature of using the room key to operate the elevator added a sense of security and convenience. Even though we initially forgot this, the friendly staff quickly reminded us.

We wish the shuttle service ran later into the evening to accommodate guests who prefer dining later than 9:00 pm. However, overall, the hotel exceeds expectations, and we highly recommend it to our friends.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The location was quiet and right across the street from a beautiful park. The rooms were beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds. We also loved the surprise they gave my daughter for her birthday - a mini cake platter, drinks, and a card signed by the staff. It truly made her weekend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, as it was an easy 1/2 hour drive from the airport and within walking distance of the convention center, restaurants, and shopping. The convenience of being able to explore the city on foot was a major plus. Plus, the hotel provided a range of amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and a fitness center.

We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered in the Club level and appreciated the friendly staff throughout the hotel. The location of this place is very convenient, within walking distance of many restaurants and other downtown attractions. Despite being close to the highway, we couldn't hear any traffic noise. The hotel even provides a shuttle service, which took us to Sundance Square, saving us the need to take an Uber back. we had a wonderful time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. the staff were accommodating and helpful, especially Kenny and Yousef. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to key attractions such as the Water Gardens and Convention Center. Additionally, I appreciated the environmentally-conscious bonus offered by the hotel, where opting to not have sheets changed daily earned extra member points.

One downside was the view from the room, which overlooked the roof of the lower part of the hotel. It would have been nice if the hotel had added some decorative elements to make the view more appealing.
