The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, especially the valet Terry Steward. He went above and beyond to assist us with our equipment for a trade show. The rooms were clean and spacious, with enough room for everything. The hotel's location was also great, being just a block away from the Power and Light district with plenty of shopping and restaurants.

There were some issues with the billing process, with guests getting charged multiple times and receiving bogus room charges. This caused financial stress and frustration for some guests, including myself.

This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, making it a great option for those with busy schedules between scheduled events. The spacious and clean rooms provide comfortable in-room coffee, free Wi-Fi, and typical Marriott perks. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short 2-block walk from the Municipal Auditorium where we attended a graduation. It was also conveniently close to the Sprint Center, only a 9 to 10-minute walk away. The hotel's proximity to the interstate made it easily accessible once we arrived in the area. Being in downtown KC, it was close to everything we needed, from restaurants to shops. The staff, including housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our group of three couples were all located on the same floor with rooms close to each other. We were even able to check-in early, which was a huge bonus. The hotel was nicely decorated, and I appreciated having a mini fridge in the room.

We stayed in this hotel during New Year's Eve. The two complementary drinks upon arrival were a nice touch and the location was perfect for watching the fireworks display. The hotel was also walking distance to multiple restaurants, making it easy to find food.
