I recently stayed at Courtyard in Kailua-Kona for a business trip. The hotel staff was super-friendly and efficient throughout my stay. The common areas are beautiful and educational, and the pool, although always full of kids, was nice. The on-site Honu restaurant was good, but there were also plenty of great breakfast spots within walking distance. The location is excellent with easy access to swimming, shopping, dining, and more. The best part was the amazing sandy beach right on the property, perfect for relaxing.

With the door open, we could enjoy the soothing sound of the nearby surf. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect, right in the midst of restaurants and shops. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, while the lobby and grounds were well-maintained.

As foreign tourists, we loved that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The free welcome perks, such as welcome cocktails and beach chairs, were a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach offered great snorkeling opportunities.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Christmas vacation, right on the main street with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel had a great art gallery on Hawaiian history which was really interesting and educational. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel had many facilities and everything was well-maintained.

Plus, the hotel provided a Luau experience that was truly unforgettable. it was a fantastic Christmas experience.

The only downside was the lack of blackout curtains in the room, which meant that the sunlight was quite bright in the morning. However, the hotel made up for it with its amazing amenities and friendly staff.

The hotel facilities include a lovely pool and a private beach, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The staff were all wonderful and extremely competent, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is also conveniently located near some delicious restaurants and the wharf, making it easy to explore the local area. Additionally, the trolley stops right outside the hotel, providing easy transportation options.
