The young woman at the check-in desk was cheerful, friendly, and efficient. The room was immaculate with a nice TV and good technology like Chromecast. The WiFi was the fastest I've encountered at a hotel. The free breakfast was outstanding, with restaurant-quality offerings. The 24-hour coffee bar served fresh and hot coffee.

The hotel has a great location, right next to the highway, making it convenient for travelers. Additionally, it is situated next to the wedding venue, which is perfect for those attending such events. Furthermore, it is close to the Northampton fairgrounds, providing easy access to local attractions.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable for what you got. The value for money was simply excellent. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated between two universities, making it ideal for visiting families like mine. Additionally, it was literally adjacent to the freeway, making it easily accessible. Plus, being close enough to Bradley Field was an added bonus.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in late and serving breakfast early for our early riser kids. the breakfast spread was impressive, with lots of options for even picky eaters. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was conveniently located near all 5 colleges in the area. We also enjoyed the cute little chess board in the lobby area.

The pool and hot tub could use some cleaning. Above the water line, it was a bit yucky and not as clean as we would have liked.
