We loved the convenient location near the airport and the delicious food options in the hotel's atrium and restaurant. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the availability of late-night vegetarian and vegan-friendly food in the lobby. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and clean, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. We also appreciated the added amenities like the microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. The on-site mini-Starbucks was a great bonus too.

We felt completely safe walking around the hotel at night and had nothing to complain about.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, with one particular employee going above and beyond to make us feel welcome during check-in. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location, just a stone's throw away from the airport entrance. You can easily walk across the street to catch your flight or avoid a long commute after landing. Plus, there's a 24-hour fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, and a business center for your convenience.

The hotel was in a great location, with lots of restaurants nearby and convenient to The Shed/ Smokey Mountain Harley. The room had a view of the airport runway, which was really cool. The staff, especially the GM Misha, went out of their way to make our stay outstanding.

The WiFi and internet connection at the hotel was very poor. As a business traveler, reliable internet is essential for me, and I spent hours trying to get work done.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Alcoa for a quick overnight trip. The location was perfect, right across the street from the airport. Despite being so close, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially the lady I spoke to on the phone who checked us in. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was impressed with how well-maintained the hotel was. it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the shower had lots of pressure and hot water, and there was a nice big window. The hotel was immaculate, affordable, and conveniently located right across from the airport. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the check-in experience was wonderful. The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the airport.
