The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room was absolutely phenomenal. The location was great, away from the crowded strip but still close enough to enjoy the Vegas atmosphere. The staff treated us with warmth and kindness throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could be improved by eliminating the need for staff to ask customers if they have paid and leaving tip request slips. It made for an uncomfortable dining experience with my family.

The service at the hotel was outstanding. the night auditor/manager went above and beyond to make our late check-in smooth and pleasant. the beds were comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities like a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. the hotel had a pool and jacuzzi for relaxation. the staff was helpful and provided a free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The only downside was that there were no nearby restaurants, so we had to drive out for meals. Additionally, the prepaid breakfast option couldn't be used at the Starbucks lobby, which was disappointing.

The hotel had complimentary shuttles to two popular destinations, which made getting around much easier. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. the location was also great as it was close to some popular attractions.

The room was a bit cramped, and the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy which made it difficult to sleep at times. the staff at the restaurant was a bit strict about the opening time and could have been more accommodating to customers who arrived before the official opening time.
