The location of the hotel was great, right on the Hop On Hop Off route and across the street from a mall. The rooftop bar offered fantastic views of the city and was a gorgeous area to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was lovely and included in our rate. The restaurant staff were pleasant and the coffee was good.

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

Great location, just a short walk to the metro and with a big shopping center across the road. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests.

The rooms could use some updating, especially the decor and lighting. It was quite dark and made the space feel a bit gloomy.

The view from the 18th floor was stunning and the breakfast options were plentiful. The location was convenient, close to a shopping center and public transportation. I had a great stay at Novotel.

I loved the location of this hotel, situated in a very nice residential area with many restaurants, shopping centres, and a metro station nearby. The staff provided excellent service, and room amenities were top-notch - comfortable beds, air conditioning, ironing facilities, and many others. The rooftop bar and pool were fantastic to relax in, especially after a busy day out exploring. this place made my stay memorable.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Barcelona City. The rooftop terrace and pool had stunning views of the city, and the breakfast buffet had an impressive selection. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a lovely residential area, which is peaceful at night. The hotel is situated close to the metro, making it easy to travel and explore the city. There are plenty of restaurants just across the street offering a wide range of cuisine to choose from.

Great stay! Our family had a wonderful time during our recent city break. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the clean and well-equipped rooms. the hotel's central location was key to our enjoyable experience. the swimming pool was refreshing and provided a lovely view.

The long wait time during check-in and check-out. the surrounding neighborhood was not our favorite.
