The location of this hotel is perfect - it is in the heart of the Berkshire area and close to everything. The hotel facilities are top-notch with a clean indoor pool, hot tub, and a well-equipped fitness room. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at the bar/cafe in the lobby is delicious.

The room at Courtyard was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom and excellent air conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt safe and the hotel was very quiet.

Although there was no room service due to a lack of staff, the overall cleanliness of the hotel made up for it. The only downside was the limited breakfast options and the overpriced snacks in the market.

Our xmas stay in the Berkshires area was amazing. the hotel we chose was just perfect with lovely decorations and a warm, cozy atmosphere. the complimentary Christmas cookies and hot cocoa were a delight. the location made it easy to explore the area with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the easy access to the highway made exploring even more convenient. the indoor pool and hot tub were just what we needed to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was not included in the price, and we had to pay extra for it. It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating options in the pool area too.

During my stay, the hotel offered a comfortable and clean room with an excellent layout that included a spacious bathroom and a well-conditioned air conditioning system. I particularly appreciated the quiet and safe location, while also being near the main road and laundry facilities. On top of that, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of luggage carts to transport my belongings.

Sadly, there was a minor inconvenience regarding the lack of dresser drawers, which made it difficult to unpack for longer stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Lenox. The hotel, just 2 months old, was beautifully decorated and had perfect amenities. The rooms, lobby, pool, fire gym, and cafe were all welcoming. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Lenox close to everything in the Berkshire area. We were minutes away from all the places we wanted to visit, especially Tanglewood.

One of the best aspects was the pool and hot tub, which were great for relaxing after a long day. We also enjoyed the beautifully appointed seating areas in the lobby.

One thing that we didn't like was the lack of dining options. There were limited premade items available, but they were only offered until 9am.

We had an amazing stay at Courtyard! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even during a power outage caused by a severe storm. They provided flashlights and lantern lighting throughout the hotel, ensuring our safety. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast had a perfect variety of food choices. The sitting area, both inside and outside, was amazing. The pool was also a great feature, especially during a cold winter day. The management even reached out to us to return a gift certificate we had left in our room. it was a great time and a very pleasant stay!

Due to the power outage, we couldn't use the pool and had to throw out refrigerated food for fear of spoilage. Additionally, the internet was slow, and the shower glass frame didn't hold the spray in the shower stall, causing water on the bathroom floor.

Clean modern room, comfortable bed, beautiful woodland views, delicious breakfast/dinner options, indoor pool and hot tub.
