I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy, and the heated bathroom floors were a lovely touch. The location was perfect, right near the South Kensington metro stop and close to dining options and museums. The staff were friendly, helpful, and even provided some unexpected extras like an umbrella in my room and treats for my dog. it was a wonderful experience.

The breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

We loved our stay here! The location was ideal for us, in a beautiful neighborhood that wasn't overrun by tourists and right next to a tube station that made it easy to travel to multiple locations. The staff were all very genuine and welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The room was well-appointed with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a game room.

One downside was that as a dog-friendly hotel, it would have been helpful if they provided recommendations for restaurants that allow dogs both inside and outside. Another aspect to consider was that we didn't want to leave this hotel, as our experience was so enjoyable.

The room was beautifully furnished with an incredibly comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The hotel provided high-quality toiletries and even offered free non-alcoholic drinks in the minibar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always remembered who I was. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to museums and Hyde Park. The hotel also offered great high tea and room service options. a top-notch experience that I will definitely repeat in the future.

the exclusive amenities of the room and the service provided surpassed my expectations. the Restaurant's menu had a wide range of options, including special diet menus, that were mouth-watering. the Bar/Lounge area was a great place to spend some evenings with friends. the private facilities added to the luxurious atmosphere of the venue. the location advantages made it easy for me to explore London's famous attractions.

There was only one minor issue, and that was the in-room breakfast. Although the food was delicious, the service could have been better.
