The breakfast was great, although it ended too early one day. The wifi and cell phone signal were not working. One pillow had stains, but everything else was clean. Parking was expensive, considering the nearby shopping center. The shuttle service had limitations. The hotel is one of our favorites, and the manager made our vacation awesome. My grandson was thrilled. The handicap accessible room was comfortable, but the parking was not conveniently located. We liked the comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and access to food in the hotel and nearby restaurants. The hotel was impressively clean and offered plenty of amenities.

The rooms at this hotel were well-designed and practical, with nice modern furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel's key location near the airports and convenient parking made it a convenient choice for travelers.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The wifi connection was unreliable and difficult to connect to, which was especially frustrating for a business hotel.

Our flight was delayed and we had a long wait for our luggage at the airport. Luckily, the hotel had a quick and free shuttle ride that took us to the hotel in just 3 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised when the driver turned out to be the same friendly lady who had checked us in earlier at the hotel, and she even upgraded our room. The room itself was spacious with two TVs and a comfortable queen size bed. There were plenty of dining options nearby and a convenient whole food maker adjacent to the hotel. We enjoyed a late dinner at the burger joint opposite the hotel before having a restful sleep. In the morning, we took an Uber to a nearby town for some Asian food, and then arranged for the hotel shuttle to take us back in time for our afternoon flight. we had an outstanding stay at this property, with great staff and a convenient location for traveling to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Courtyard for two weeks and had a great experience. The lounge area was very comfortable, making it easy to relax. Lynn and Aubrey at the Bistro were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like we were back home in Hawaii. The housekeeping service with Terisita and Claudia was excellent on both the first and second floors. The hotel was clean, with plenty of parking available. There were also many stores, restaurants, a bank, and a coffee shop nearby.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, allowing us to easily fit in a twin air mattress for our child. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the airport. The staff treated us very well, they were all friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better were more choices.

Additionally, I loved how close it was to the LB flea market on Sundays, and the hotel provided easy access to downtown Long Beach. The room itself was luxurious and spacious, with a comfortable king bed, a sitting area, and a large, sparkling clean bathroom.
