I really enjoyed the variety of breakfast options available each morning. The hotel's location was great, with shopping and dining options nearby. The room was clean and well-stocked, including a refrigerator. The outside pool was a hit with the kids.

There was some remodeling going on which caused noise, but it ended by 5 pm.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, exceeding our expectations. The location was convenient, with shopping and dining options nearby. The staff, especially Morgan at the front desk, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The breakfast option could be improved with hot scrambled eggs and warm soft biscuits available starting at 6:00am. This would ensure that guests who have to eat breakfast before 7:00am have freshly prepared, warm food options.

The breakfast options at this hotel were fantastic. They had a wide variety of choices including eggs, bacon, sausage, and even a make-your-own waffle bar. I was impressed with the quality and selection. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was right on the interstate which made it easy to travel to different places in the area.

There were a couple of drawbacks that I experienced during my stay. The hotel was unable to find my reservation upon arrival and I had to pay twice.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. the staff at the breakfast area were quick to clean and refill the food. the location of the hotel was convenient and had easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The front desk personnel seemed uninterested in the customers and lacked customer service skills. There was a miscommunication regarding the availability of liquor in the area.

We loved our extended stay at Best Western! The room was spacious enough for yoga and had a comfortable couch. Although there was some construction around the university, the location was convenient for events at the track and field stadium. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and Alamo Ale House dine-in theater. we highly recommend this hotel.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the outstanding staff and their welcoming attitude. The front desk, from Anis to Morgan, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodated. The motel was clean, our room had a comfortable bed and included a couch, and the AC unit was efficient. The location, just off the highway on University, was convenient for our needs. we found the Best Western to be reliably clean with decent breakfast options.

The rooms at Best Western Plus were recently remodeled and they look amazing. The housekeepers do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms spotless. The breakfast spread was delicious, with options like eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns. The hotel's general manager, Mr. Patel, was the highlight of our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure guests are happy and even helped open the hotel 18 years ago. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
