This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a heated swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions, which I appreciated. I’m coming back for a new year!

My stay at Courtyard Los Angeles Burbank Airport was delightful! Picture this, the rooms were so spacious and clean that I could do yoga without disturbing a single dust bunny. Plus, the convenient location made my trip to Universal Studios feel like a stroll to the local park—just a five-minute walk away from great shops and dining options! The Bistro served up a tasty breakfast that fueled my adventures, and the staff was courteous and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest instead of just another traveler.

A/C issues.

My stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was fantastic! The room was super clean and inviting, providing ample space for our group to relax and enjoy ourselves. Access to the outdoor swimming pool was a delightful bonus that made our visit even more enjoyable!

Convenient proximity to Universal Studios and local shops.

My stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. The A/C had a minimum temperature setting of 68°F, which was uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Additionally, the noise from the street was quite intrusive due to the single-pane windows, making it hard to relax. I was also frustrated by the lack of room amenities, as the room seemed bare with minimal toiletries and no microwave or safe, which left me feeling underwhelmed.

The check in was horrible. the guy at the front desk was totally not interested in his job, lol. The only plus was that the room was very spacious, but the bistro downstairs was stupidly overpriced with no room service.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The rooms were spacious and super clean, making it easy for my little one to roam around. We loved hanging out by the pool, which was quiet and relaxing, just perfect for some family bonding moments. Plus, the location was super handy for hitting theme parks nearby.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly snacks would make staying here even better.

the staff was super responsive and moved us promptly to a room that wasn't smelly! the outdoor pool area was lovely, and the variety at breakfast was truly impressive, probably the best we've had anywhere. highly convenient location with lots of shopping and dining options nearby.

elevator needs some attention. parking fee feels unnecessary. 🚗
