The location is excellent, right in the heart of Beverly Hills. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast and dinner options. The rooms are cozy and include thoughtful touches. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, particularly the bar and concierge.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were extraordinary - so lovely, kind, and capable. They went above and beyond to help us, even driving us to and from the hospital multiple times when my husband had emergency surgery. The food at the hotel terrace was delicious, and the outdoor dining space was stunning. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything, including great shops and restaurants on Rodeo Drive. The house car, a luxurious Rolls Royce with a starlight roof, was available for shorter transportation throughout the city. Our room had a balcony with a view of the HOLLYWOOD sign, and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and the rooftop bar had excellent food. The pool was amazing, and the gym was well-equipped. The concierge was always helpful with restaurant reservations and any further assistance we needed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions in the city. The rooms were very nice and the terrace provided a great place to relax.

The parking charges were on the high side compared to other options available nearby, which was a bit of a disappointment. Additionally, there were some issues with the customer service, particularly with misplaced luggage and a lack of follow-up.

The Maybourne Beverly Hills exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and prime location. The room had a breathtaking view of the Hollywood sign from the balcony, and the bathroom had both a shower and a tub with a hand shower, which was a rare find. The breakfast at the rooftop bar was delicious, and the staff there were incredibly friendly. The gym was well-equipped, and the concierge was always ready to assist with restaurant reservations. We also loved the availability of a house car, a luxurious Rolls Royce, for convenient transportation. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great location, and attentive staff.

During my city break, I found two complementary facts really helpful; the rooftop and pool were excellent and the staff were quick to retrieve my car. The location was one of the best parts of my stay; there was a small park nearby. If you need to get around, taxis were always easy to get.

I was really disappointed that there was no coffee or pot prepared for me in my room. One of the basins had a plumbing problem which caused an awkward situation. Also, the staff had to pass through my room to get to other areas, which meant I had to change rooms. I feel that I have stayed in better hotels with better amenities and at a better price point.

For a luxurious stay in Beverly Hills, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Its location is ideal, being close to everything, including a good Japanese restaurant. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but they are packed with features and provide a comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and strike the right balance between intrusion and service. Additionally, the hotel offers a spa with great amenities, except for the relaxation room, which needs some improvement.

The dining options are excellent, with a wide variety of cuisine to choose from. The location is perfect, situated in the heart of Beverly Hills. I had a wonderful experience at The Maybourne and would highly recommend it.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and exclusive experience. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The spa and wellness center was a standout feature with a stunning indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. We enjoyed a relaxing full-body massage and body scrub followed by a pampering beauty treatment. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful with sun loungers and a sun terrace providing a perfect spot to soak up the sun. The bar/lounge area was a great place for poolside snacks and cocktails while enjoying the pool view.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the beeping sound that came from the AC/electronics in our room that we could not switch off. It made it uncomfortable and noisy to sleep in the hotel room. However, this didn't overshadow the other exclusive amenities and luxurious needs that were fulfilled, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
