The cleanliness of the room was subpar with trash on the floor and a strong smell of weed. Additionally, the hotel seemed understaffed with only two employees for the entire 314 room hotel.

I recently stayed at this place and had a great experience. The hotel is located in a high traffic area near shops and restaurants, making it very convenient to explore the heart of the city. The staff went out of their way to fulfill my requests, including bringing a wheelchair for my father immediately. The leisure facilities were great, too - the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun terrace, and garden area provided a relaxing retreat. The Wi-Fi was also free in public areas, which was a huge plus for me and my family.

I recommend this hotel to families, but they may want to bring an eye mask or request additional window coverings in the rooms. The amount of light that came into our room at night made it difficult to fall asleep, but this was the only minor issue we encountered.

The value for my money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room itself was really good. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and nearby shops and restaurants. The staff treated me like a VIP, especially Brent at check-in.

This hotel is worth the stay! The location in the center of Old Town is perfect, with shops and restaurants just a block away. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great view from the king sized bed. Plus, having breakfast included is a nice bonus.

The staff at Courtyard By Marriott were professional, friendly, and provided exceptional service. The location of the hotel was convenient and everything from the food to the coffee and parking was easy and convenient. The food was delicious, and having a Starbucks on site was a great bonus. The pool area was lush and inviting, and the staff, including the valet and front desk, were incredibly accommodating. The remodeled lobby had a warm contemporary design that I really liked.

Spent my Christmas holiday in a hotel in a prime location that had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel allowed me to enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet and comfortable room, which had a super comfy bed and a bathroom that was quite spacious. I was impressed with the variety on their menu at the Bistro and I appreciated the fact that they had a gal waiting on us instead of ordering.

There were even holes in the towels, and the carpets were dirty in the common areas. the parking garage was somewhat unclean and the lounge in the lobby was not very inviting.

The hotel had a decent complimentary breakfast and a happy hour with free drinks. the location was great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Bonus points for the rooftop pool with great views.

The room was outdated and smelled musty. the bed was uncomfortable and gave me a backache.
