I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely amazing - just a minute away from the main shops in the city center. It's so convenient, especially if you love shopping and visiting the cathedral. Plus, it's still within walking distance to the river. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. They even helped my husband out of the bath since he has no strength in his arms. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The bar and restaurant were great, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious options. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the swimming pool and spa. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

The staff here provided exceptional customer service, especially Thomas at the reception desk. They were all friendly and tried their best to improve my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facility, air conditioning, and a mini-bar.

The hotel's appearance felt outdated and in need of renovations. the view from our room was less than desirable, with dirty windows and pigeon droppings.

The value for money at Crowne Plaza was excellent, and the room was comfortable and stylish. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the staff treated us with warmth and helpfulness.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering more variety in the breakfast options.

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, giving us connecting rooms for our group of five. the location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the center of town but still quiet. Plus, the £10 parking fee for 24 hours was a good price for being in the heart of the city.

We couldn't park in the hotel car park and had difficulty finding a nearby parking spot. Additionally, the coffee at breakfast was bitter and undrinkable, which was disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chester. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had ample storage. The hotel decor was lovely, and the breakfast offered a good variety of high-quality options. The location was great, providing stunning views from the restaurant. The lava full body massage with facial, manicure, and pedicure was absolutely amazing and a great value. We made use of the pool area twice during our stay and enjoyed it thoroughly. We will definitely be back.

This hotel is a really great place to stay for a city break. It's right in the centre, so it's really easy to get to all the shops and restaurants. The service here is really good - my room was always really clean, and the staff were really helpful. They even gave me a welcome drink! I also really enjoyed using the spa facilities - the pool was really nice, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great too. I had a really good stay here.
