We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The decor throughout was beautiful and the rooms were lovely. The bed was absolutely divine, we could have stayed in it all day! The staff were very nice and accommodating, especially Jessika and Heidi who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Tom at the front desk and another employee helped us jump-start our car when we had a dead battery in less than 10 minutes. The evening employee behind the bar was also very friendly. Ernesto was incredibly helpful, letting us into the pool and even providing us with a mask when we forgot ours.

We had a fantastic stay here at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were especially grateful to Tom at the front desk and the employee with jumper cables who quickly helped us start our car when the battery died. The bar staff in the evenings were also very nice.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. the room was comfortable, and we appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. the food items at the bistro were tasty, and it was great to have a variety of options to choose from. We also liked the convenience of the in-hotel market near the front desk.

The staff at the bistro seemed short-staffed, and it took a while to get our breakfast. We also had to remind them about the complementary breakfast voucher that was supposed to be offered.

Great shuttle service to the airport, very convenient and saved us from the stress of driving. We were worried about the early morning shuttle being full but they had a solution to accommodate us. Rooms were comfortable, though a bit noisy due to families and kids. we had a good stay and would recommend Courtyard for its shuttle service.

The service at this hotel was fantastic! the staff, especially Ernesto and Dena, were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. the hotel also offered a great breakfast with delicious food. Additionally, the hotel was pet-friendly and the staff, like Rachael and Mikayla, were sweet and attentive to our dog.

One negative aspect of our stay was that the early morning shuttle to the airport was full, which was disappointing as it was the main reason for staying at the hotel. the soundproofing in the rooms was also not great, as we could hear noise from other guests.

The location was convenient, close to everything, including the Mall of New Hampshire and a cafe that offered complementary breakfast. The basic amenities were in good condition, and breakfast was included in the stay and served at the adjacent Starbucks.
