I had a pleasant stay while attending a wedding in Medford. The check-in staff were helpful, and the room was clean, though there were some minor details missed, like a few crumbs on the floor. The food at the lobby bar was enjoyable, but service was sometimes overwhelmed. Great for families visiting the area.

Great location for early flights.

I was really let down by the service. The café only opened for dinner at 5 PM, but the staff was nowhere to be found. It took a couple to find help, and that created a frustrating atmosphere. Not to mention, when I checked out at 3:30 AM, there was zero staff at the front desk, which felt completely unprofessional for a Marriott. They need to seriously address their staffing issues—this just isn't acceptable.

great access to nearby parks and a mall for wandering

i had a wonderful experience at this hotel since it provided a very clean and cozy atmosphere. Being just under 3 km from rogue valley mall made my shopping trips super easy and donahue frohnmayer park was only about 4 km away for a refreshing walk after a busy day, truly making my stay feel more like a mini getaway.

The shuttle service was a hassle, and my room took ages to be cleaned. But the staff were lovely and the location is super handy for the airport, sweet as!

The check-in process was quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious, and had ample storage for clothes. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being near the airport. The bistro provided delicious lunch options during my stay. Overall, a cozy and comfortable experience.

Had a right boss stay! The shuttle from the airport was proper handy, and the staff were dead sound, making me feel well at home. The only downside was the hand sanitizers being empty, though. Overall, a great spot for a quick night’s stay!

But $320 for one night? My wallet almost fainted! Honestly, for that price, I expected room service and a pet unicorn.

Such a prime location! ! Just a quick stroll to the airport and near all my favorite spots like the mall and parks. The staff were so friendly, even going the extra mile to help me out. Loved the breakfast options too!
