The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms, although missing some amenities like courtesy water or slippers, were clean and equipped with basic amenities like hot water and air conditioning.

The breakfast service was slow and the portions of butter were minuscule. However, overall, everything was fine.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city center. It was within walking distance of all the major attractions, so we didn't need any transportation to get around. the staff at the hotel were amazing - very kind and funny. They made our stay really enjoyable. Plus, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of options to watch on Netflix during our downtime.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. The noise from outside was quite disruptive, especially late at night with car horns and construction work.

We enjoyed a fantastic room with a huge double king-size bed and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the nearby squares and attractions. Despite a minor issue with the pre-booked airport transfer, the breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. we highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower to relax in after a long day of exploring. The hotel also had super fast and reliable wifi, which was a bonus. we loved the hotel's convenient location and the excellent service provided by the Diamond staff.

We received some treats in our room upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. The hotel was in a great location close to all the action and was easy to find. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Our stay was ruined by the noise level. Despite being equipped with earplugs, we were not able to get any sleep due to the constant honking and shouting outside which continued all through Thanksgiving night.
