The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms, although missing some amenities like courtesy water or slippers, were clean and equipped with basic amenities like hot water and air conditioning.

The breakfast service was slow and the portions of butter were minuscule. However, overall, everything was fine.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city center. The noise from outside was quite disruptive, especially late at night with car horns and construction work. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

my recent stay in lima was fabulous, but my stay at diamond was beyond amazing. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly carla at the front desk. the location was perfect, just minutes away from the main square and surrounded by stores and restaurants.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower to relax in after a long day of exploring. The hotel also had super fast and reliable wifi, which was a bonus. we loved the hotel's convenient location and the excellent service provided by the Diamond staff.

We received some treats in our room upon arrival which was a lovely surprise. the hotel was in a great location close to all the action and was easy to find. the complimentary breakfast was a nice addition and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Our stay was ruined by the noise level. Despite being equipped with earplugs, we were not able to get any sleep due to the constant honking and shouting outside which continued all through Thanksgiving night.
