The location was perfect for my business needs, and I was able to easily walk to nearby restaurants. The staff, especially Manager Michael, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The small eating area had delicious food and drink options. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a birthday weekend getaway at this hotel and it was absolutely delightful. The GM surprised me with a thoughtful birthday gift bag, which made my stay extra special. The hotel was clean and quiet, despite a family reunion happening in the courtyard. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. It was refreshing to encounter such a pleasant group of people. The breakfast, especially the Starbucks coffee, was a great way to start the day. The cooks and front desk ladies were professional and made me feel welcomed. I will definitely be returning!

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in East Memphis. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to all the good restaurants on Poplar Ave. I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two full beds which was a nice touch. The basic amenities provided everything I needed during my stay, and I was pleased to find that breakfast was included in my rate.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property was perfectly landscaped and well-maintained. The rooms were nice and clean, with balconies offering a nice view. The hotel is located in a very safe area opposite from the railroad track and is conveniently located to the tourist areas downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to security and housekeeping. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Special mention to the lady who checked us in, she was knowledgeable, kind, and genuine.

The hotel seemed a bit worn and could use some updates. Limited amenities compared to other Courtyard by Marriott hotels I've stayed in.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate, making it easy to access. I also loved the fact that each room had a balcony, which allowed me to enjoy a nice breeze and a glass of wine in the evening. Additionally, the front desk staff was welcoming and provided fast service, giving me great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.

One downside was that breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room. Although the breakfast offered at the hotel was well-prepared and the service was good, I feel like it should have been included, especially considering the high cost of the room and tax.
